"Wow! Charlie and True Dry Carpet Cleaning now have a returning and loyal customer in us. He was on-time, called when he was on his way and is super friendly and really cares about getting out those nasty stains on our large area 

rug with a cream/white background (what were we thinking with two dogs! ) However, I will never hesitate about color again as the results are absolutely remarkable. AND....no drying time necessary; this method leaves it completely dry and beautiful. I'm really upset with myself that I didn't take a before/after photo, it looks brand new again and now I can't wait to have the rest of our carpets done! Thank you, Charlie, see you again, soon!"

Charlie is very friendly and professional and I felt like he really cared about doing a great job. He got pet hair up and made our carpet beautiful again. And our carpet was dry when he left. Would call him again next time for sure.

I was pleasantly pleased and surprised by how amazing our carpets turned out. We have 2 dogs that want to be where we are so on each side of our bed there was such dirty carpet that I thought we wouldn't be able to get our deposit back. I am so 

excited about the outcome. I am going to have him come and clean the carpets in my new home too! Highly recommend True Dry.

I remodel homes for a living and Charlie is now my go to carpet cleaner. He is a master at getting out all the stains and odor, especially the pet hair that are woven into the carpet and retain the odor - all without leaving my carpet damp or

Charlie is a miracle worker. My husband cut his head one evening and there was blood all over the carpet. The carpet was only 6 months old and I thought for sure it was ruined.
I called Charlie the next morning 

and he came out and cleaned the carpet and it looked brand new....and it was no easy task. He is very professional and prompt.
